Document Services “FAQ”

The charges for applying for a PAN card in India vary depending on the communication address. For Indian communication addresses, the application fee is Rs. 91 (excluding Goods and Services Tax - GST), while for foreign communication addresses, the fee is Rs. 862 (excluding GST). Payment of the application fee can be made through credit/debit card, demand draft, or net banking.
If you have lost your PAN card or need a duplicate copy, you can apply for a reprint of the PAN card using the following steps: Visit the TIN-NSDL website and select the application type as "Changes or correction in existing PAN data/ Reprint of PAN card (No changes in existing PAN data)". Fill the form online as per requirement. Pay the fee using a credit/debit card, demand draft, or net banking. Once the application is complete, a new PAN card with the same details as the old one will be sent to your registered address. It is important to note that the same process applies whether your PAN card is lost, stolen, or damaged
If you have lost your Aadhaar card, you can follow these steps to get a new one: Visit the UIDAI website or click on the link https://resident.uidai.gov.in/lost-uideid to retrieve your lost or misplaced Aadhaar number or Enrollment ID (EID). Enter your name, registered mobile number, email ID, and security code to get OTP (One Time Password). Use OTP and retrieve either your Aadhaar number or EID depending on which one you have lost. Once you have received the Aadhaar number or EID, you can download the electronic Aadhaar card (e-Aadhaar) from the UIDAI web portal by clicking on the "Download Aadhaar" option. You can also visit an Aadhaar Seva Kendra to request a reprint of your Aadhaar card. You'll have to pay a nominal fee to get a hard copy printout. You will need to carry your Aadhaar number or EID and other necessary documents for identification purposes.
